An appeal was made through the columns of the parish magazine, Insight as well as The Star, for the donation of flower bulbs for planting in the old nursery site.
The response has so far been excellent and many different types are now available.
We have 7 acres for planting and require far more, so please keep them coming.
So far no work, other than clearing, has been carried out on phase one of the regeneration scheme. However pressure is being put on the City council to rectify this situation.
